Established in 1994, ELM Contracts (Contracting) Ltd based out of Great Yarmouth is a family run business built upon years of experience with Blue Chip return custom and long standing relationships.

Over the years Elm Contracts has built up an excellent portfolio of projects ranging from commercial new builds to leisure facility refurbishments and domestic refits. The company has attained year-on-year growth and with controlled expansion to preserve the quality service given to our Clients.

We enjoys building upon our reputation for completing works on time, within a budget and to the highest quality whilst providing a positive, co-operative and non-adversarial approach to contracting.

Our aim is to see the poor image of the construction industry replaced by one that is synonymous with professionalism, efficiency and reliability.

Managing Director

Founder and part shareholder, Edward established ELM Contracts back in 1994 and is responsible for project managing on going jobs as well as pricing and bid submission.

Michael Fleming

Managing Director

Michael joined ELM in 1996 with a HNC in construction and is part shareholder is responsible for the project management of on-going projects, estimating and pricing jobs as general managerial tasks.

Financial Director

Beverley has been with ELM since its formation in 1994, Beverley manages all of the financial/accounting elements of the business, from invoicing, and purchase orders to wage slips and pension plans.
