Wellington Pier
The demolition and rebuild of a notorious Wellington Pier along Great Yarmouth Seafront, including the restoration of Pier entrance, amusement arcade, food and beverage area including internal fitting and fixtures.
Caister Holiday Camp Food and Beverage Hall
Internal refit of existing food hall, convert into mash and barrel including all external landscaping and internal fit out.
Rectory House
Purpose built new build rectory for St Nicholas Church Great Yarmouth.
Martham Doctors Surgery
Purpose built timber frame Doctors surgery including pharmacy building, consultation rooms, medical patient waiting area, reception desk and all fixture and fittings
Hopton Holiday Camp Owners Lounge
A new build timber frame owner’s exclusive lounge including fully fitted gymnasium, seating area, vending machines, toilets and café/bar
Beacon Innovation Centre Industrial Units
Design and build four industrial units for Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s Beacon Innovation Centre. The industrial units include office space, workshop area, outside parking and delivery hub and range from 10,000 sq ft to 25,000 sq ft.
Caister Holiday Camp Swimming Pool
Refurbishment of existing leisure facility at the Caister Haven Holiday Park including new reception/welcome area, splash zone area, new changing facility and general landscaping to the external building.
Kelling Health Reception Area
Complete new build of Reception area at Kelling Health Holiday Park, including welcome area, reception desk, and office space including total fit out internally and externally.
